While this movie had alot of bad reviews in many sites, I found it to be an excellent film.
The plot: We retarded humans decide to build a supercomputer to defend the U.S from national threat. This is not like the terminator or anything like that, it's more of a computer that can see and hear almost everything. It's main purpose is to profile people based on what they do to later indicate who could potentially be or become a terrorist.
Programed deep inside its huge brain is the "Declaration of Independance" and if you've read the DOI you'll remmeber that there's such a paragraph that goes like this.

"Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government".

Taking this paragraph this supercomputer named "ARIA" which stands for "who gives a flying fuck what it means". Decides that its own government is become destructive.
It then hires by force normal people to try and over throw the government.
I wont give away the ending but I recommend you go see it.
